I’m John Buddy, a graphic designer with 10 years of experience turning ideas, business objectives, and information into clear and compelling visual experiences.
My work spans branding, digital, print, packaging, merchandise, presentations, social media, and illustration—allowing me to move between strategy and execution depending on what the project needs.
My Approach
Design is problem-solving with a visual language.
I don’t believe good design starts with decoration.
It starts with understanding.
What are we trying to say?
Who are we saying it to?
What needs to happen next?
From there, I translate those answers into visual systems, experiences, and assets that are purposeful, consistent, and built to work.

Over the years, I’ve worked across different industries, teams, and formats—learning how to adapt design to different audiences, challenges, and business goals.
Some projects need a brand built from scratch.
Some need a better way to tell a story.
Others simply need someone who can take an idea and make it work.
That variety is what keeps design interesting to me.
Still curious. Still making.
I’m constantly exploring new ways to create, communicate, and make things better.
Sometimes that means learning a new tool.
Sometimes it means questioning an old process.
Sometimes it’s simply staring at a blank canvas until something clicks.
There’s always something new to figure out.
And that’s probably my favorite part of design.
